trainai.com.my is operated by AITG Sdn Bhd (202601016521 / 1678618-W). By using this site and enrolling in a course, you agree to the terms below.

Enrolment and payment

Seats are confirmed once payment clears. Until then, your form submission reserves intent but not the seat. Specific payment terms appear on your invoice.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation policies depend on the course and how close to the start date you are. The current cancellation policy will be set out in your invoice and acceptance email. In general, we accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests as long as the course has not yet started.

What is and isn't included

Your course fee includes all training materials, hands-on exercises, certificate of completion, and the cohort showcase. It does not include travel, accommodation, or consumables. For in-person sessions, refreshments are provided.

Intellectual property

All training materials, brand names, written content, and design elements on this site belong to AITG Sdn Bhd unless attributed otherwise. You may not reproduce them commercially or share recordings without written permission.

Limitations of liability

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. AITG Sdn Bhd does not warrant uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, AITG Sdn Bhd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or attendance at our courses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
