Public AI bootcamps · launching soon

Learn AI from people who build AI platforms.

trainai is the public training arm of AITG, the Malaysian company behind Teragrid — an AI platform built and deployed in Malaysia. Small cohorts. Real practitioners. You leave with something you built, not slides you sat through.

Built on Teragrid

We built the platform first. Now we teach it.

AITG developed Teragrid — an AI platform powering real products in Malaysia. Our instructors are the engineers who built it. The curriculum is based on what we learned doing it. No theory-only instructors. No vendor sales pitches.

Real platform, real code

Every exercise runs on Teragrid — the same platform used by AITG’s products. You learn on production infrastructure, not sandbox toys.

Engineers, not lecturers

Your instructors are working practitioners who built the platform. They answer questions because they've solved the problem before.

Curriculum from experience

The course material comes from years of building and deploying AI in Malaysia — covering multilingual NLP, local compliance, and real infrastructure.

How a bootcamp runs

Pick a course. Build a thing. Ship it.

Every cohort is structured the same way: a tight, hands-on rhythm where you spend most of the day building, not listening. Slides are kept under 10. By the final day you've shipped a capstone you can show.

  1. 01

    Reserve your seat

Pick a course, pick a cohort that fits your calendar. We email an invoice within a business day. Pay by FPX or bank transfer; seat is held once payment clears.

  2. 02

    Show up and build

Sessions are intensive and hands-on from minute one. Instructors are working practitioners — they're not professional educators reading from a deck. Expect to be coding, prompting, or workshop-ing throughout.

  3. 03

    Pair, review, iterate

You work alongside the rest of the cohort. Pair reviews are a regular beat. The instructor goes deeper for whoever needs it. You learn from how others approach the same problem differently.

  4. 04

    Ship the capstone

On the final day, every participant presents what they built — to the cohort, to the AITG engineering team, and to invited guests. You walk out with something concrete and a network you stay in touch with.

What you take away

More than a certificate.

Every cohort is designed so you leave with concrete artefacts you can show to your team, your boss, or your next employer.

A working project

Your capstone — something real you built during the cohort. Yours to take to work, show recruiters, or build further.

A mental model that holds

A grounded understanding of what AI tools can and can't do reliably — so you stop falling for the next AI hype cycle.

A cohort group

A small group of practitioners who went through it with you. Most cohorts keep talking long after the bootcamp ends.

Certificate from AITG

A signed certificate of completion — recognised by employers who know AITG and the Ai Teragrid family of brands.

What is a trainai AI bootcamp?

trainai bootcamps are multi-week, project-based AI training programmes for working professionals in Malaysia. Each cohort runs 4–12 weeks across three tracks: AI Engineering, Business AI, and GenAI. Small cohorts of 12–24 people, taught by senior practitioners from AITG.

How long is each AI bootcamp?

Bootcamps run between 4 and 12 weeks depending on the track. Most cohorts blend live sessions, project work, and 1:1 mentor checkpoints.
